Ed Koch Still Against Graffiti

Ed Koch was New York’s Mayor from 1978 to 1989. He was interviewed for the graffiti documentary “Style Wars”. Koch was against graffiti then and still is now. In this video Ed Koch describes the actions that he has taken in the clean-up of graffiti from the walls of New York City’s trains.
