we own the night

Somewhere in New York City is an unfinished abandon subway station that now acts as a gallery for art work of over a hundred well-known graffiti and street artists. The only problem is that it’s unknown to the public.

The gallery is was 18 months in the making. On view are works by 103 street artists from around the world, mostly big murals painted directly onto the gallery’s walls. The show is called “The Underbelly Project“, which remains unknown to the public unless they happen to stumble across it.

Check out a video trailer of The Underbelly Project here.
