The graffiti artist Bates put this tutorial together to help get all the paint out of a spray paint can. He says that it was Loomit that first showed him this trick.

As you can see in the images above, there are six steps to this tutorial:

Step.1 turn the can upside down
Step.2 stomp is a downwards strike with the heel of the foot from the stand-up position
Step.3 note the top of the can is down
Step.4 put the cap on
Step.5 you’re ready to spray and get the last out
Step.6 the can is completely empty!
