This past Friday the 13th, the artist Bryan Espiritu of The Legends League/Ideall held his first solo art exhibit in Toronto. The show’s title “Because The Kids Don’t Play” is a concept based on the loss of innocence growing up, and our neglect for the children around us. Through the use of classic Disney icons we all know and love, Bryan created an awkward, intriguing, and somewhat disturbing look that plays off his original poem (read it here).
