Another Attempt to Stop Graffiti

This is a video of a new method Los Angeles is using in an attempt to stop graffiti. In other words a huge waste of money. What the city has done is installed cameras that take pictures of someone doing graffiti. If thats not enough they also talk to the person painting graffiti. Tells them their picture has been taken and they should leave the area. Can’t see these cameras stopping graffiti at all.
