These are new posters that have gone up in Victoria Australia. “You Will Now Be Fined $550 On The Spot For Carrying A Spray Paint Can”. This new law doesn’t just effect the graffiti writers. It can effect anyone who like to use airesol paint for arts or even just painting things around the house. This might be a bit harsh.

say two police officers catch someone holding a spray paint can and one officer takes it off the person
can the other officer fine the officer holding the confiscated spray paint????
