The graffiti artist Augustine Kofie has an upcoming art show titled “Working An Angle” that opens at Known Gallery on May 26, 2012. Kofie’s art will be on display from May 26 to June 9, 2012. This is a promotional video for his solo show.

This upcoming weekend the artists Rime and KC Ortiz present a dual show entitled “SKETCHY M%#HERFUCKERS” that focuses on the loose nature of art with the use of pens, pencils and markers on paper. In this video the graffiti artist Rime talks about his work for the upcoming show.

The “SKETCHY M%#HERFUCKERS” exhibit opens May 5, 2012 and runs through May 19, 2012 at Known Gallery in Los Angeles.

Known Gallery in Los Angeles hosted the “Sesame Street” group art show on April 28th and April 29th, 2012. The Hundreds have put together a recap video of the show opening.

“Broken Heroes” is an exhibit of knitted sculptures of morbid cartoon characters by Patricia Waller. The exhibit opened at the Deschler Gallery in Berlin, Germany on April 26, 2012. The sculptures of hand-crocheted comic, puppet and cartoon figures shows icons of pop culture in various unfortunate states.
