I'd like to add it to something I posted this morning on The Legislature Raids which is focused entirely on BC Rail and the resulting BC Supreme Court trial as to how it slid from public ownership into private pockets. The government still keeps the agreement mostly secret. Thank you for showing us this photo. I wonder what was going through the graffiti-artist's mind, while painting that BCRail boxcar.
