Not only did the large Saber roller on the LA river suffer from the rath of the graffiti buff in LA but so was the massive MTA roller. That’s how the California tax dollars are being put to use.

It’s already filled in. I still don’t understand why they would spend all this money on somthing that has been ther for years. It didn’t hurt nobody then and it didn’t the day before it got buffed.!
