Utah Sentenced to 6 Months in Jail for Graffiti

The New York graffiti writer, Utah is facing 6 months in prision and if forced to pay $10,000 in restitution. She pleaded guilty to a felony criminal mischief charge in Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday.
The agreement made yesterday in Manhattan court will also cover Utah’s three pending cases in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
Prosecutors say Danielle Bremner (Utah), of Woodside, Queens, and her boyfriend, Jim Clay Harper, have tagged subway trains and public buildings from New York to Boston to Paris since 2005.
