I created marijuana, because i made a mistake whilst creating humans and caused some humans to be born with no signs of intelligence, the marijuana was to kill off these humans and cure the human race. Unfortunately the intelligent humans have prevented you from killing yourselves off.

I apoligize to those of you who have already commented on this as you have clearly been born with no intelligence, i encourage to do your species a favour and do not have children because they will most likely also have no intelligence, just smoke marijuana and die.

To any of you who read this who were born with a brain capable of adding single digit numbers, do not under any circumstances save anyone who smokes marijuana or wishes it to be legalized. They need to die, if you just leave them alone they will soon kill them selves off as they can not survive without your help.
