Giant Wiimote Cake

Last week, a 9-year-old boy received this huge Wiimote cake for his birthday.
Pastry chef Roshel Michaeli from Schicks Gourmet Bakery, got to work on measuring the Wiimote before scaling it into this giant cake. The chocolate cake with mousse filling was coated with an edible rolled fondant. The Wiimote’s buttons were made perfect with every little detail—including a properly shaped expansion port in the bottom. This custom cake ended up costing $360.
