Graffiti Research Lab In Miami

This is a video of the Graffiti Research Lab’s trip to Miami. The video shows them using their laser technology to create graffiti and of course they get a visit from the police. Anytime GRL seems to get caught for the laser graffiti, the police never seem to know what to do about it, well other then to tell them they can’t do it. It doesn’t seem like there is ever any charges laid, just excuses as to why they can’t do it.
